IT - Java Technologies
Software Engineer / Team lead
Skills Required : Java, J2ee, MySql
Must Have:
-Strong OO skills. A strong foundation in basic enterprise concepts such as Transaction Management and Security.
-Development experience in layers of a Web Based J2EE application with some exposure to HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
-Strong knowledge in Database concepts (Preferably MySQL)
-Strong knowledge in XML technologies
-At least 3 years experience in designing and developing Web based applications.
-Experience in open source frameworks such as Spring / Hibernate
-Good communication skills
-Development experience in layers of a Web Based J2EE application with some exposure to HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
-Strong knowledge in Database concepts (Preferably MySQL)
-Strong knowledge in XML technologies
-At least 3 years experience in designing and developing Web based applications.

Preferable:
-Build tools such as ANT
-Knowledge on Java Telnet Clients such as mudmagic
-LDAP Integration
-Knowledge on OpenLaszlo is an added advantage
-Good Documentation skills
-Exposure to different web servers such as WebSphere/Tomcat/WebLogic/IIS
