Job Description
- Optimos India is seeking to fill in the position of Corporate Recruiter for its operation in India (Pune). We are looking for a performer who can think out of the box with mid-level experience.
Skills:
- You should be able to plan, organize & handle the entire gamut of recruitment activities from sourcing the "right" candidate to interacting with line managers regarding suitability to closing the requirement in the shortest span to time.
- You should be a graduate from a reputed University.
- Computer Literacy is mandatory and & Internet Savviness is desired.
- Excellence in verbose & written communication skills is desired.
- You should have extremely good people skills with a group leader personality.
- Candidates should be willing to work flexitime including the night time zone (US working hours).
Location Pune
Maximum Experience 3-4 years
