Designation	BMS and HVAC Engineer
Job Description	HVAC/BMS: Experience in controller networking, programming, commissioning and checkout of Building Automation Systems. Knowledge on Building Controls Open Systems (LON, BACnet, OPC, Modbus). Access/Security: Experience in the design and commissioning of Analog as well as Digital Video systems with strong exposure to the DVR's, Switchers, Cameras. Experience in the design and commissioning of Access Control Systems with strong exposure in latest technology in Readers, Biometrics system Fire/Life Safety: Experience in the design and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems with strong exposure to Fire standards PREFFERED SKILLS: Hands-on experience in Building automation of infrastructure projects like airports, commercial buildings, hospitals, etc Knowledge of Control system components. Networking basics Troubleshooting/analytical skills
Desired Profile	We are looking out for Engineering and Diploma graduates with minimum of 1 - 5 years of work experience in the below mentioned areas of expertise.
