Job Description
- vendor management-Invite quotation, cost comparison, negotiation.
- Travel management - Invite quotation, cost comparison, negotiation, bill verification, follow up for payment
Procurement of stationery
- Administration related work i.e. security, housekeeping, drivers, cooks etc
- Liaison with government office BSNL ,Water department, Telephone etc
- Petty purchases and maintenance of office equipments.
- Handling guest house related problems

Desired Profile
- Responsible for Administrative work
- Responsible for allocating daily activation data to Service Advisors.
- Keep track record of data allocated and send the report to circle office.
