Skill set: Java (work experience: 2-4 years in Java)

Primary (Essential) Technical Skills : Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Struts, Hibernate, XML, Application Server, (Web Sphere / Weblogic), JMS, Rational Rose, UML
