- MFA / BFA from institutes of repute with 2-3 years of experience, responsible for illustrating children's books, and for other creative/ technical/ medical illustrations with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.

VISUALIZERS/DESIGNERS (CODE: TD/VL)
- MFA/BFA from institutes of repute or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience, good communication skills, creativity and working experience in Quark Xpress, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, responsible for designing for children's and educational books.
- Freshers may apply for trainee positions.

PRE-EDITORS (CODE: TD/PE)
- Graduates with diploma in computers, exposure to XML / DHTML / HTML preferably with 1 year of experience.
- Freshers may apply for trainee positions

3B2 / TEX OPERATORS (CODE: TD/TX)
- Graduates with diploma in Computers preferably with 1 year of experience in page designing, with sound knowledge of Adobe pagemaker 6.5.

PROOF READERS (CODE: TD/PR)
- Graduates with minimum 1-3 years of proof reading experience with knowledge of international type setting standards.
