Ideal Candidate
A technical background with experience in telecommunications, data networking and Internet applications
A proven record for on-time delivery
Experience working with aggressive schedules and deadlines
Experience with a variety of authoring tools, such as Frame Maker, Epic Editor, Adobe Acrobat
Able to work to customer documentation standards
Experience in XML an asset
Comfortable working within a globally distributed team environment

Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and author technical documents
Develop and maintain close working relationship with Subject Matter experts
Participate in reviews of authored content, and respond in a timely manner with corrections.
Work closely with team members to share information and ensure technical and visual consistency across multiple document suites
Manage multiple documents and delivery schedules in a dynamic environment
Aid in the proofing of printed documentation prior to distribution to customers

Skill Set
1 - 3 years Technical writing experience
Strong technical aptitude and interest
Experience with Frame Maker 7.0 and Adobe Acrobat,
Competent with a variety of PC tools and applications
Flexible, able to adapt to changing requirements, scope and schedule
Able to meet aggressive timelines

Educational Background: Any Graduate (Science & Engg graduate preferable)
